uh. pretty disappointed with this piece, i know it could've been done better... ><
the girl was done in a flash, but the background/foreground took me many days.. had no inspiration. spent a lot of time staring at the screen, thinking hard of what to draw...
but i guesss it turned out satisfactory

Despite the fact that two years have passed, this is still one of my favorites. Even with the disproportionate arm, I still get the same vibe that I got years ago.
"This drawing catures so many emotions.. so many at once.
She looks almost as if she is hugging herself, waiting for the one made for her to find her and hug her so she doesn't have to hug herself. Its beautifull, the colors are gental and warm, but the contrasting background gives it that.. dreamy almost sad look.
She also looks as if to be dreaming.. dreaming of her own world where she belongs..where she's loved... where everything is peacfull. She looks so inoccent and beautifull... I love it. So much.
I believe this is one of my altime favorites. Please, keep drawing such beautifull masterpeices that reflect dreaming and believing in your self. You don't know who they keep going."
