i remember my art class teacher used to tell me many years ago, "a good artist is one who knows when the painting is done." when i was 14 that didn't seem to be much of an issue to me. but now, gosh, it IS very hard.

on a side note, have i mentioned for the 10000th time that i'm in love with the pillows?
i've just watched their "lostman go to america" tour. re-re-rediscovery of my love for them had been intense. =D

i somehow get a very fashion illustration feel to it.. only difference is most fashion illustration doesnt really appeal to me. composition and everything works nicely. you're definitely improving on the looseness issue.

the posture and expression and texture and looseness and contrasting colours and exquisite little touches of cigarette and earrings...

yes, it's very obvious u're so in LURVE with the pillows, judging by your stats on last fm :)

liked how you used the guitar with a contrast colour to hide her body.... just wish i could see more of her ;) hehe... just kidding!
